On December 1st, 2024, after a magical day at Disney World, we were heading to dinner at our favorite spot—Topolino’s Terrace at the Riviera Resort. On our way in, we stopped in front of the hotel fountain to take a photo. Not suspecting a thing, I asked Joe to empty his pockets so they wouldn’t look bulky in the picture—unintentionally prompting him to drop to one knee and propose! I was completely shocked and immediately burst into tears. Joe’s mom was there to take what I thought was a picture, but she actually captured the entire moment on video, a memory we’ll cherish forever. After the proposal, we celebrated with a romantic dinner, watching the Epcot fireworks from our table. It truly felt like a fairytale come to life.
