We first crossed paths on the very first day of our junior year at SFSU. We were both enrolled in a stress management class, and after a few casual exchanges, we realized we were majoring in the same field. From that moment on, Joselyn couldn't help but keep an eye out for Marissa in all the HED classes—though, Marissa's class schedule was a little different. It wasn’t until our Foundations of Public Health course that fate stepped in. Our friend Kim mentioned to Marissa that she was going to a Seven Lions show, and Joselyn, being the nosy queen she is, overheard and excitedly chimed in that she was going too. After a few concerts and plenty of unforgettable moments, the rest is history. #est.2019
