What is the dress code?

We ask that you please wear cocktail attire or formal attire.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. This means we ask that you please silence and put away all phones and cameras prior to the event. We understand you want photographs and we will be happy to share pictures from our photographer of the ceremony and you can take any photos after the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your little ones, we please ask that you leave them with a sitter as this is an adult only event.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We ask you please try to arrive no later than 3:15pm so we can have everybody seated in time for our ceremony. If you are taking the shuttle from the hotel, there are no worries around arrival!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We will have drinks provided for you to consume (responsibly).

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP no later than October 29th as we need to provide a headcount for catering.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have allergies, please let us know! We want to ensure that you are able to eat and are happy to work with our caterer on accommodations here.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we only have so much room so we ask that you do not bring anybody that is not addressed on your invite.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are offering 2 shuttles from the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot. The Wingate is on the same street as the Hilton Garden Inn so please feel free to book at either hotel. We ask you please arrive to the shuttle no later than 2:30pm. The shuttle will not be able to wait for anybody so please plan accordingly. The venue does also have ample parking should you prefer to drive.
