If we did not receive your RSVP by April 13, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!
This will be an adults only celebration. Although we love your children and wish we could accommodate all children, we ask that only children listed on the invitation attend.
There will be 2 shuttles from the hotel to the ceremony. They will leave the hotel at 3:45pm. You can reach out to the hotel for an early check in time. It is 3 miles round trip but we will be providing a shuttle from Wyndham Resort and Convention Center to the venue prior to the ceremony, and a return shuttle to the Wyndham Resort and Convention Center after the reception.
If you plan to drive directly to the venue and not use the shuttle, please plan to arrive between 4-4:15pm. We ask that all guests are seated by 4:15pm for a prompt 4:30p ceremony start time.
Dress code is semi-formal.
The ceremony will be outdoors on a patio with direct access from the parking lot. You will not need to walk across grass. Cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors immediately following the ceremony. The reception will be indoors to follow cocktail hour.
There will be a beef, chicken, and vegetarian meal option. The chicken entre will be gluten free. Entre selections will be made at a later date when completing the RSVP.
The reception ends at 10pm. We plan to gather in the hotel bar at the Wyndham for anyone who would like to join! This will be a cash bar.
We kindly ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. We will have cards at the reception of a QR code and we would love to see any photos you take at cocktail hour or during the reception!
If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
