Charlotte Amalie Shopping
Stroll Through Charlotte Amalie - Take a walk through the vendor-lined streets of capital city Charlotte Amalie, and you’ll see exactly why some people call St. Thomas the duty-free shopping capital of the world. Browse through over 400 shops along the main street filled with trinkets, jewelry, rum, duty-free smokes and more. You can even find great deals and discounts on leather, electronics and designer clothes. This harbor also has some gorgeous European-style buildings that you can photograph. You'll love this bargain-shoppers’ bazaar and be able to do all your souvenir shopping at once.
Magens Bay Beach
Be sure to leave yourself at least a half day for relaxing and sunbathing on Magens Bay Beach. Noted as one of the world’s most beautiful beaches by both Conde Nast and National Geographic it is a must see. Lots of things to do besides swimming and sunbathing like hiking the nature trail, kayaking, paddle boat and sailboat rentals. A nice bar and restaurant with a shop for chair rentals, suntan lotion, bathing suits and much more. And on your way back from the beach be sure to stop at Famous Delight for an intoxicating, tropical twist on the American milkshake.
Coral World Ocean Park
Their slogan “Get up close and personal” couldn’t be more appropriate. See tons of marine life without ever getting wet. Learn about the beauty and magic of Caribbean marine life in a stunning setting. View life on a coral reef from their unique underwater observatory. Visit the shark pool where you can pet a shark or hand feed a stingray. Visit with the Lorikeets which will flock to your arm when offered a cup of nectar. And if you don’t mind getting wet bring your bathing suit so you can swim with the sea lions or try a Sea Trek Helmet Dive.
Tree Limin' Extreme Zipline St. Thomas
Zip through the air at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour with Tree Limin’ Extreme (340) 777-9477, St. Thomas’ only zip-line adventure. The 3-hour tour departs from nearly the highest peak on the island, and whizzes you through the jungle canopy on six zip lines to breathtaking views that span to the British Virgin Islands and beyond from eight scenic aerial platforms.
Mountain Top
At an impressive height of 1,500 feet above sea level, Mountain Top offers a spectacular panoramic view of both the US and British Virgin Islands, a total of 20 islands in all. In fact, National Geographic has rated this view of Magens Bay as one of the 10 best views in the world. It features a casual shopping area for browsing and a bar which is home of the world famous Banana Daiquiri. Just breathtaking!
Phantasea Tropical Botanical Garden
Mother nature rebounds and refuses to give up and the garden is actually more beautiful now than before the hurricanes. Orchids and bromeliads are blooming throughout the garden and the trees are all full and lush once again. We have great views of Magens Bay, Tortola, St. John and the cruise ship harbor. The garden is approx. 2 acres and the average visit is 45 minutes to one hour.
BOSS Underwater Adventure
B.O.S.S. is an acronym for Breathing Observation Submersible Scooter. It is a unique and exciting underwater motor scooter that lets you explore the vast ocean. Remember in school when you would turn a glass upside down in a sink of water and no water would enter the glass? It’s the same concept with the BOSS unit. As you descend, a seal is formed, the scuba tank supplies air to the bubble and you breathe normally.

SkyRide to Paradise Point
The Skyride to Paradise Point whisks you 700 ft. above the town of Charlotte Amalie.
