What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The Ceremony and reception will be onsite at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn at the Lawnhaven venue.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the pavilion where we will be serving finger foods and beverages for cocktail hour.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

There will be an after party starting at 10:00pm to midnight at the Main Inn which is just a short walk away from the Lawnhaven venue.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to settle in your hotel room. You can head over via shuttle or your own vehicle to The Stroudsmoor Country Inn at 4:30pm.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Upon your arrival you will be directed to the closet parking lot to our venue, Lawnhaven. Parking is free!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP is on or before August 9th. Please mail back the tear off we provided in our invitation for your convenience.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Absolutely! Chris and I made sure this was top prior for our guests to get around freely and with ease.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, the Stroudsmoor Inn prides themselves on providing every option for special diets so everyone can enjoy their food.
