If your invitation includes your child(ren)'s name(s) or says "& kids" - then yes! If not, we'd prefer it were just you (& your date if they are included on the invitation). We love kids - but due to a few different factors, we decided it's best this way: we are concerned about your children's safety as our big day is at the lake, on a highway, w/ alcohol & other adult activities taking place; our space at camp is limited & therefore the guest list had to be, too. If you're unable to get a sitter, let us know & maybe we can work somethin' out!
If your invitation says "& guest" or includes your significant other's name - then yes! If not, then we'd prefer if it was just you. Again, with limited space, we have to keep our guest list relatively small. Thanks for understanding!
We have reserved Baker's Beach down the road for wedding guest parking (including overnight parking). It's approximately a 2-3 minute walk, or we will have a van bringing people back & forth between the wedding & Baker's Beach. It's pretty simple to find - just past camp on the same side of the road. Here is the address you can enter into your GPS: 8114 State Highway 28, Richfield Springs, NY, 13439. We'll also have signs up to help guide you :)
We are all about comfort & "lake" gear, so please feel free to dress casual. We're keeping our fingers crossed for nice, warm weather, however it usually tends to get chilly in the evening so keep that in mind. It's probably your best bet to bring a light jacket with you & of course check the weather before heading up!
Rain or shine party people! We would recommend bringing flat dancing footwear, an umbrella if you’d like, and a light jacket. IF it rains, we know it’s good luck but we will be covered during the reception by a tent (with sides).
