If your invitation says "and guest" then feel free. Otherwise, we would prefer if it were just you.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Both will be outdoors. pending the weather. The weather in March in Phoenix is usually perfect for sitting outside, but please check the weather forecast and plan accordingly!
