Ceremony - outside on grass. Chairs will be provided for VIPs with benches provided for everyone Cocktail hour - outside on the patio along with their indoor adjoining Barrel Club Room Reception - indoor ballroom with outdoor access all night

What is the weather like this time of year in Leesburg, VA?

Answer

Although we can never predict the weather, research has shown that the average high temperature for May is anywhere from 65-80 degrees, and the average low temperature is between 45-60 degrees. If it is on the lower end at night, STW does provide outdoor heaters and a large fire pit for guests to be comfortable outdoors.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! STW has a large parking lot available. Guests may also leave their cars overnight and pick them up the next morning in case you party harder than expected :) We want everyone to be safe and drink responsibly!

Do we have to drive?

Answer

Nope! We will be providing complimentary transportation to and from Stone Tower Winery from the Comfort Suites and Hampton Inn only. Buses will have a “Metil-Cafiero Wedding” sign. -Bus arrives at the Comfort Suites at 4pm for a 4:10pm departure to Stone Tower -Bus arrives at the Hampton Inn at 3:55pm for a 4:05 departure to Stone Tower -Both buses arrive at Stone Tower at 4:30pm for a 5pm ceremony start time -Depart Stone Tower at 11pm to head back to the Comfort Suites and Hampton Inn. Both buses will go to both drop off locations. There is also always an option to Uber if you are not staying at the designated hotel!

Are the ceremony and reception sites handicap accessible?

Answer

Absolutely! Golf carts will be used to help escort guests to our outdoor ceremony site, and the indoor ballroom and cocktail areas are accessible by elevator.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

This will be an adults only wedding aside from our ring bearers. Take the night off and let loose!

Will it be an open bar?

Answer

Do you even have to ask? Of course! We will be providing selections of Stone Tower wine, Old Bust Head beer, along with 4 signature drinks (with their respective liquors and a selection of mixers) to be available all night.
