Kids are welcome to the resort for a family vacation, but the ceremony and reception is for ages 21 & over.

Only if a plus one is listed on your invitation.

Formal optionally business casual.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes. Ceremony is inside the resort. The reception is about a 10 minute shuttle ride.
