Our Favorite People

Becky Cozza

Mother of the Bride

Marissa’s mom (known affectionately by her followers as marissa1mom) is the brilliant force behind the scenes making it all come together. After patiently waiting 33 years to plan her only child’s perfect day, she has poured her heart, warmth, and attention to detail into every part of the celebration. From the big moments to the smallest finishing touches—including our legendary cookie table—she has helped shape a day that feels truly us. (And if you’re not familiar with a cookie table, you’re in for a very sweet surprise… or maybe a dozen.) When you see her at the wedding, don’t miss the chance to give her a big hug and thank her for all the love and effort she’s put into making this day unforgettable.

Janice & Bill Nash

Groom's Parents

The kindest and most generous people, Janice and Bill Nash have supported Adam and Marissa through every high and low. As our most fervent cheerleaders, they lead with open hearts and a steadfast commitment to their family and friends, always showing up with love, encouragement, and unwavering support. We truly wouldn’t be here without them, and we are endlessly grateful to celebrate this milestone with them by our side.

Kevin & Any Ojeda-Nash

Groom's Brother and Sister-in-Law

The best brother we could ever ask for, Kevin is made even better by his wonderful wife, Any. As our unofficial Best Man and Matron of Honor, they've been by our side from the very beginning—offering steadfast love, encouragement, and support throughout our relationship. We couldn't imagine celebrating this day without them, and we're so grateful for everything they've done to help us get here.

Gus

The glue that holds us together

The light of our lives and the center of our universe, Gus absolutely had to be part of our special day. Many people have asked, “Is Gus invited to the wedding?” The truth is, Gus does not exactly thrive in formal public settings. While he won’t be making a live appearance (for everyone’s safety and the preservation of the cookie table), he is very much there in spirit—and in plenty of thoughtfully planned ways throughout the celebration. We’ve found more than a few ways to make sure our favorite boy still gets his moment on our best day.
