When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 25th.

Will you require a negative COVID-19 test?

Answer

In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we ask that all guests obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to the wedding.

What if I am unsure if I will feel safe?

Answer

We understand that this is an unprecedented time for everyone! For those of you who know that you will be there no matter what, we ask that you RSVP "yes" early. For those of you who are unsure, we just ask that you decide by our RSVP date. As much as we want everyone there, we understand (and still love you!) if you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 concerns.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort by 4:00 pm. The ceremony will take place in the Rose Garden at the resort.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire - but wear what you feel happy in! Santa Barbara weather is typically in the 70s in late June. It will probably cool down in the evening though!

When/where is the reception located?

Answer

Our wedding reception will begin with cocktail hour at El Paseo Restaurant immediately following the ceremony. El Paseo is approximately a 5-minute drive from the ceremony location.

Will there be transportation from the ceremony site to the reception?

Answer

We will have a few shuttles running + hoping to have a Lyft code set up for those who would like to get to cocktail hour quicker!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be parking validation at the ceremony site, and a valet option for $20 at the reception. We recommend Ubers/Lyfts to ensure safe/fun transportation!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to capacity limits, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We actually have room blocks with several hotels in Santa Barbara, and you can find them all listed on our "Travel" page. Outside of this list, there are many other options for your stay to choose from!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

I (Marissa) understand food allergies ALL too well. Please look at our menu options when making your selection during the RSVP process. If none of those options work for you, please let us know ASAP and we will talk to the chef/see what we can do.

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We would love to hang out with our favorite people as much as possible! If you are available, we are going to have a few drinks the night before our wedding (Friday) at the hotel bar at our ceremony site, the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. If you are still in town on Sunday, we are planning to hang by the hotel pool/beach all day. Come join us!
