For your convenience we have a room block available at Staybridge Suites Winter Haven - Auburndale. Our group code is RZW.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
Answer
If you use the room block at the Staybridge Suites Winter Haven - Auburndale, it is a 5 minute walk to the venue. If you choose to stay somewhere else there is free street parking and a free parking garage at 220 Avenue A NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Semi-formal attire: We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates or a suit and tie. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Yes, however, please reach out and let us know their age if they are under the age of 10.

Currently we do not have an exact time scheduled, however, it will be in the evening. Please check back for an updated schedule.
