On August 30, 2025, we visited Beringer Vineyards for a wine tour in Napa Valley. To Marisol, it felt like any other beautiful day. She was enjoying the history, the scenery, and the peaceful atmosphere. But for Luis, it was anything but ordinary. He carried a quiet excitement, knowing that this day would become one of the most important moments of their lives. As the tour continued, we were led down a set of steps into the redwood garden. Just as we turned the corner, the guide gently asked to take Marisol’s purse. Confused, she looked up, and in that instant everything changed. A breathtaking pathway of rose petals, candles, and blooming roses stretched out before her, leading to a stunning heart made entirely of roses. At the center, glowing softly, was a neon sign that read, “Will you marry me?” Luis took her hand and led her forward. In that moment, the world seemed to slow, and nothing else mattered except the two of them. With a full heart, Luis shared a few words he had been holding onto, then got down on one knee and asked the question that would change their lives forever. Overwhelmed with emotion and completely in awe, Marisol said yes without hesitation. As Luis placed the ring on her finger and stood up to embrace her, Marisol burst into tears of joy… and Luis may have shared a few tears of his own.
