Welcome Event - Friday Night

Casual Bar Attire!

To kick off the weekend, we plan to do a casual welcome party with hosted drinks on Friday night from 7-9pm at Earl's Grocery & Saloon Downtown La Crosse! We would love to be able to mingle and catch up with everyone before our big day if you can make it!

Wedding Shuttle

2:45 pm - 11:45 pm

*Please note, you do not have to be staying at the Radisson or Courtyard Marriot in order to use shuttle services - ALL ARE WELCOME :) Please meet in the lobby of one of the 2 hotels 10 minutes before the time listed below: Pick up times: *bar opens at 3pm at the venue* 2:50pm – The Radisson Hotel 3:00pm – Courtyard Marriot 3:20pm – Courtyard Marriot 3:30pm – The Radisson Hotel 3:50pm – The Radisson Hotel 4:00pm – Courtyard Marriot 4:20pm Doors Close Shuttles back to the 2 hotels will start at 8pm & will run every 30 minutes. Last run at 12pm! The shuttles hold 55 people & will be on a first come, first serve basis!
