Question

Will I be required to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes, at this time, masks will be required for the entire ceremony and small portions of the reception ie: while in the hotel lobby, getting your food, heading to the bar for a drink, etc.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Wednesday, August 5th for both, those invited to the ceremony as well as those who will be attending the reception via overlooking balcony.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm for the ceremony at Roaring Camp or by 6:45pm for the reception at the Four Points Sheraton.

What will be done to keep guests as safe as possible?

Answer

Guests will be required to wear masks whenever social distancing cannot happen. Even with the outdoor ceremony, Roaring Camp is now requiring we wear masks for the entire ceremony. Seating for the reception is separated by household and in situations where this can't happen, tables will be set with a smaller number of guests. Social distancing will be required while on the hotel property.

If I'm in a room and a guest at the hotel, why can't I be on the patio?

Answer

Wesley and Marisa have reserved the entire patio for their private event and have been asked to keep below a certain number at all times. Defying this may result in a shut down of the event. We want to celebrate with you too, but unfortunately, this is out of our control. When this is all over, we will celebrate with absolutely no limits!!
