It started on a snow day in January of 2018, Tyler was in his junior year going to Hunterdon Central High School and Marisa was also a junior going to North Hunterdon High School. They went to meet up with a mutual group of friends not knowing each other would be there. They first officially met at IHOP but before meeting officially, Tyler would snapchat Marisa "Hey so when are we hanging out?" Marisa would ignore these snapchats from Tyler. Lol Anyway, they met at IHOP and it was an instant connection. They would both laugh at each others jokes and got along very well. After that day, there was never a time that they wouldn’t be hanging out and or be talking on the phone for hours. Over the years, Tyler and Marisa have created many amazing memories together. They have gone on fun vacations with family and bonded over stories about their interest like goats, football, Tyler's job, just to name a few! On October 8th 2024, Tyler and Marisa were in Atlantis Bahamas with Marisa's family. They were just about to go to Nobu for dinner, when Meredith says "We have to go take family photos"! Well little did Marisa know this was the plan all along. Tyler got down on one knee and proposed! Marisa was in shock and had absolutely no idea! She said "Yes" of course or else you would not be here reading this! They are each lucky to be in love with their best friend and can’t wait to celebrate with you on their big day!
