As soon as you can—Labor Day weekend is a popular one in the area. Guests may stay within the Juniper Hill Inn room block or nearby hotels and rentals, but the early birds will have the best options.
We have reserved a room block at Juniper Hill Inn for our guests. To reserve within the block, please mention the Labadini–Deane Wedding Block when booking your stay. While guests are welcome to stay at other hotels or nearby rentals, please note that transportation will only be provided for those staying at Juniper Hill Inn.
Complimentary shuttle service will be available throughout the wedding day for guests staying at Juniper Hill Inn, running between the hotel and York Golf & Tennis Club. Guests staying outside the room block will need to coordinate their own transportation to and from the venue.
Yes, there will be plenty of on-site parking available at York Golf & Tennis Club for all guests.
We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time of 4:30 PM to allow time for seating.
Formal wedding attire with a coastal flair—elevated silhouettes, light fabrics, and thoughtful pops of color or personality encouraged.
