Given the various hotel & accommodations options in the Bretton Woods area, we do not have a dedicated room block at any hotel. We encourage guests to book accommodations at their earliest convenience for the best rates & availability.
For the wedding ceremony and reception, we kindly request our guests to dress in Black Tie Optional attire, which includes tuxedos or suits for men and floor length gowns or formal pantsuits for women. Please reach out to the bride & groom if you have any questions. For welcome drinks and farewell breakfast, casual attire is encouraged!
We love your little ones, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate children on our wedding day. We appreciate your understanding.
The Omni Mt. Washington offers self-parking for $20 and valet parking for $25. There is also complimentary parking in the Mount Pleasant lot (located just before hotel entrance security) and hotel shuttles will be running to pick guests up from that lot as well.
A pre-wedding ceremony pick-up schedule will be shared with you directly the week prior to our wedding. The shuttle will pick up guests at their listed accommodations at a designated time, so please try your best to be on time! Following our wedding reception, the shuttle will run on continuous loops from 9-11pm and will bring guests back to their accommodations. Guests can board the shuttle at the front entrance of the hotel. *For shuttle service, you should have opted into this via the RSVP process. The shuttle will operate within the designated area noted on our Travel & Accommodations page. If you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out.
Guests arriving on Friday evening are welcome to join us for welcome drinks at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. The morning after the wedding, a casual grab-and-go breakfast will be hosted at the bride’s parents’ rental home. Additional details for both events will be included within your mailed invitation.
