Question

What dates will we be traveling and how long should we stay?

Answer

We have blocked a group of rooms for April 21st-25th (you can opt to stay longer). Guests can choose to arrive any time before the 23rd and stay as long as they would like. Minimum stay required is 3 nights.

Do we have to book through the Travel Agent?

Answer

To ensure our guests are included in all wedding activities, we ask everyone to book accommodations through Barbara. Her group rates are much less and she will save you time and money! Flights can be booked through Babs or on your own.

how do i book?

Answer

There is a link on the travel page that will take you to a reservation form. Once you submit the form, Babs will reach out to you. Please be sure when filling out the form that you list your name exactly how it will show on your passport (include middle names, no nicknames, etc.)

Will we have to pay in full when booking?

Answer

A $100 per person deposit is required when you fill out the reservation form. Payments can be made as often as you'd like. Your reservation must be paid in full by February 8th, 2023. Please refer to the booking information link for cancellation dates and policies.

Do i need a passport?

Answer

Yes. The name on your airline ticket must match your passport name. Your passport needs to be valid for 6 months AFTER your travel dates as well (Mexico is the exception but still recommended). This process can take up to 18 weeks. Please apply for your passport no later than November 2022.

What is an All-Inclusive Resort?

Answer

All-Inclusive means that meals, drinks (yes this includes alcohol), fees, gratuities and entertainment are all included in your room cost. Tipping is not required however we do recommend bringing cash for those who you feel provide excellent service. They accept and prefer USD.

Answer

While we love your kids, we're keeping things adult only.

What if we can't make it?

Answer

We plan on having a small reception when we return for those who aren't able to travel.
