What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is preferred. Feel free to dress up, but we want you to be comfortable and ready to dance! The bridal party will be wearing a 'Matcha' green color.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration with the exception of a few family members.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We've reserved rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown/Convention Center & Hyatt Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End. Be sure to book by May to get the group rate. See our "Travel" page for the booking link and further details.

What’s the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

The easiest way to get to the venue is by car or rideshare (like Uber or Lyft). Parking will be available on-site - we’ll share more detailed directions and parking info closer to the date.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

We kindly ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time of 5:00 pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Street parking is located in front of the venue. However spots are limited so paid parking is also located right across the street. We’ll share more detailed directions and parking info closer to the date. Security will be present to monitor parked vehicles throughout the evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony/reception will be indoors, and the cocktail hour will be a mixture of indoor/outdoor.

What's the weather like this time of year?

Answer

June will be the beginning of the hot and humid summer season so temperatures will range from mid-high 80s during the day to mid 60s in the evening. Please dress accordingly.

Absolutely! Your health and safety are important to us. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure to accommodate your needs with the catering team. If you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly!
