We'll have the shuttle picking up guests from the hotel and taking you to the venue starting around 3:45pm. The shuttle hold abouts 26 guests and will be making multiple trips, so if you miss the first ride, do not panic; it will be right back. On the off chance that we're waiting for a shuttle full of guests to arrive, please do not worry - you won't miss the ceremony. We'll be sure to hold off until everyone arrives safely. If you're not staying at the hotel, you're still more than welcome to use the shuttle! You can take a rideshare to the hotel and hop on from there. It will also likely be easier to catch a rideshare at the end of the evening from the hotel rather than from Posey Meadows, as the venue is a bit further out in the country.
