Is there going to be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar for beer and wine only. We will not be having liquor at the event. Please do not bring outside liquor to the event.

Will there be food options for eating preferences?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style, with options that include dairy free and vegetarian. If you have other food concerns or allergies, let the couple know!

What will the menu look like?

Cocktail hour: Bite size Chicken and Waffles drizzled with maple syrup Red eye ham biscuits with whipped honey butter Assorted charcuterie Dinner: Sliced herb roast pork tenderloin Citrus marinated grilled chicken (dairy free) Penne pasta with a seafood cream sauce Penne pasta with a vegetable marinara sauce (vegetarian) Mashed potato bar with all fixings (dairy free will be available) Southern style green beans Mixed green salad with balsamic dressing Bread and rolls Dessert: Cupcakes from frostings

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes but it will be limited. There will be 2 shuttles taking guests to the wedding and 3 shuttles bringing guests back to the hotel after! Each shuttle only holds 12 people. However, the venue is a short drive to the hotel and an uber/lift is always a cheap option! You may leave any cars overnight at the venue, so please dont drink and drive! Shuttle to ceremony schedule: 1st shuttle: 1:50pm 2nd shuttle: 2:30pm Shuttle from reception to hotel: 1st shuttle: 7:40pm 2nd shuttle: 8:20pm 3rd shuttle: 9:00pm after our sendoff
