When should I RSVP by?

Kindly submit your RSVP by April 15.

We kindly ask that only those guests named on the invitation attend. If a plus-one has been included, they will be listed by name.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 1:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM.

Will the ceremony and reception be at different locations?

Answer

Yes — our ceremony and reception will be at different locations. Please see the Schedule tab for full location details and addresses.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be indoors. Cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception with access to outdoor space.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

We invite guests to arrive at 5:00 PM for the start of cocktail hour. Dinner, drinks, and dancing will follow. For ideas on what to do in between the ceremony and reception, please visit our Things to Do tab.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of on-site parking available at both St. James Church and The Owenego.

Question

Is there transportation provided between venues? Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

There is no transportation provided between the ceremony at St. James Church and the reception at The Owenego, but there is time built into the schedule to travel and explore the Branford area if desired. BUT Yes! A shuttle will be provided from the Holiday Inn Express Branford–New Haven to the reception venue for our guests.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes — the after party will take place at The Owenego immediately following the reception, from 10:00–11:00 PM, with drinks, snacks, and more time to celebrate together.
