DOWNTOWN MISSOULA
Downtown Missoula has great shops and attractions.
Attractions:
Missoula Public Library – home of the UM Spectrum Discovery Center for Kids 445 E. Main St.
Missoula Butterfly House and Insectarium – 218 E. Front Street
Higgins Avenue Shops boast modern and historic architecture so make sure to look up. The North end has the historic Northern Pacific Railroad Depot and the Missoula Farmers Market on Saturday Mornings. At the corner of Higgins Avenue and Spruce, Missoula crafters sell their wares at the People’sMarket.

On the north side of the Higgins Avenue Bridge Is the Hip Strip. Visit Betty’s Divine and the Jeanette Rankin Peace Center for new and vintage wares.
