We are requiring everyone to show up in all black attire. That means an all black suit/jacket/undershirt/pants, all black dress/skirt/top, etc. This isn't black tie event, you don't have to wear a fancy suit if you don't want. You just need to be in an all black outfit. We only want the bride, groom, and wedding party to be in anything other than black. We know this isn't a usual request of wedding guests, but we are enforcing this dress code and ask that you follow it. (you may be removed/asked not to join pictures if you don't follow this dress code) If you have specific questions or are unsure about your outfit for the wedding, text one of us :)
The ceremony starts promptly at 4pm, so we would suggest getting to the venue around 3:30pm that way you're all settled in your chairs when the event starts. If the ceremony has already started you may not be allowed to sit with the rest of the guests to prevent disruptions.
ABSOLUTELY drinks are on us until 10pm! From 10pm - 11pm it will be a cash bar.
4000 E Palm St, Mesa AZ 85215 They do have 2 entrances for weddings when you walk in, we are located in the Garden Pavilion
We have the venue until 11pm! We will be doing a grand sparkler exit into our getaway car and would love everyone to be there to send us off :)
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! But if you would like to honor us with a gift, we did create a small registry under the registry tab on the website. We will also have a wedding card box when you enter the venue, along with a honeyfund!
We have paid an amazing professional photographer and videographer to capture every moment of our ceremony. We please ask that you trust them, and do not pull out your phone to take any personal pictures during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over and we've completely left the altar, you are welcome to take as many pictures on your phone as your heart desires!
The venue does have a pretty large parking lot, so you shouldn't have any issues finding a spot. But if you plan on drinking, please Uber :) Arizona also has the self driving Waymo cars which are super cool and easy as well!
We are doing a plated dinner (not buffet style). So everyone will be getting specific food that we picked out. Please reach out to Ben or Marisa if you're vegetarian or vegan so we can make an accommodation for you! We will keep track and let the venue know. Once you RSVP, it will give you an option to select vegetarian/vegan and it will automatically notify us.
February in Arizona is pretty chilly. The ceremony is outdoors and the reception will be under a big tent. There will be heaters in the reception area. But just a heads up when deciding your outfit! If you get cold easily, you may want some sort of black long sleeve.
Because the wedding is the day after Valentine's day, we were unable to secure room blocks. However, we did list a few hotels nearby the venue in the "travel" tab on the website for you to check out! We would suggest booking soon because of the holiday that weekend.
