Al & I both remember meeting at Coppell Middle School West in 6th grade. Although if you ask my mom, she remembers Al coming to our religious education class at St. Ann's with some of his baseball friends when we were in 5th grade. In middle school, Al and I both attended cotillion which was where he first asked me to dance. In eighth grade, Al asked me to be his date to the Valentine's dance at school and at that dance, on Valentine's Day he asked me to be his girlfriend. We went to dances together and had our parents drop us off for movie dates. We went to different high schools and we were both very involved in extra curricular activities and our relationship ended. Towards the end of college we reconnected and began dating again. We did long distance while we finished school and moved to Houston after we each graduated from college. On December 30th, 2019 Al asked me to marry him, at a historic park in our home town. The center stone in my ring was Al's grandmother's. It was a very special day and we are so excited that we get to spend the rest of our lives together.
