We’re getting married!

Marisa and Al first met on campus at a Queer Leadership Initiative meeting. Marisa was a group facilitator and Al was an attendee. Time stopped when they first laid eyes on each other. They met up for various, albeit failed, study sessions in hopes of being around each other once again. After meeting up at a Starbucks for another study session, and ending up talking about sociology research for hours on end, they knew this was the beginning of something special. Al took Marisa, a vegetarian, out to play mini golf and eat BBQ for their first date. Al knew then and there the deal was sealed.
