There will be 3 buses on the wedding day. Pick Up 1 bus will pick up from a Florence central point (3 Minute walk from Calimala hotel) this point will be firm once I know where everyone is staying. 2 buses will pick up from the Baglioni Hotel. Location: Piazza dell’Unita Italiana, 6, 50123, Firenze FI, Italy If you miss the buses don’t worry, Villa Corsini is only 15-20 minutes away. You can call a taxi and they will take you to the venue no problem. Leaving the event. 12:00am: 1 bus will leave to go back to the city 1:30am: 3 buses will leave to go back to the city All the pick up and drop off points are walkable if you are staying within the city of Florence. The welcome party and goodbye party will all be in the city of Florence. The wedding will be at Villa Corsini, 15 minutes from Florence. We will provide transportation for everyone on the wedding day.
Yes. Florence is a walkable city, you will rarely/never take a taxi around the city.
As our wedding will take place abroad, we kindly encourage guests who wish to give a gift to have it sent to our home in advance, as traveling with gifts may be difficult.
