For the Welcome event, feel free to come as you are with no specific attire requested. For the Wedding, cocktail attire is preferred. Ladies I suggest if you're going to wear heals to make sure the are a thicker heel as the ceremony is on grass.
Yes, its the only way to ensure a talked about wedding. Feel free to bring cash to tip bartenders if you would like. There will be a pause on the bar during dinner but don't fret wine will be available (and you can always plan ahead and get an extra drink during cocktail hour if you're smart ;)
