What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We want to maximize our time with you all on this day! In order to do that, we need the ceremony to begin on time. We ask that you please arrive at the venue no later than 4:30 p.m. to allow yourself time to park and find your way to the ceremony site so that the ceremony can begin on time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, please. This is our special occasion and we invite you to celebrate in style with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the ceremony/reception site. If you plan on driving your own vehicle to the venue you can do so, but please keep in mind that Auburn Valley Golf course is at the end of a long windy road, so please drive responsibly. We want all of our guests to make it back to their home/hotel safely.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no public transportation to and from the venue, but we encourage you to take advantage of Uber/Lift share.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour following the ceremony. Once dinner begins, you're on your own.
