Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love your littles ones and have set aside an indoor space for them to also enjoy themselves and play with other kids.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and friends. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

For family attending the ceremony, the location details are included on your ceremony invitation. For the reception, it is located in Shawnee, OK at Victorias Venue : 30706 Clearpond Rd.

How can I RSVP?

To RSVP, please text Mari at 405-673-0262. Be sure to include your name and the number of guests by March 31, 2026.

Where should I stay?

Answer

To all our family and friends who dont plan on driving too far that day, there are several hotels near the venue in Shawnee, OK. Guests are encouraged to book accommodations that best fit their needs!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

To help us better plan, we encourage all guests to RSVP by the listed deadline. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Yes, the venue has plenty of on-site parking!

What if we cant make it?

Answer

We'll truly miss having you with us on our special day! If you're unable to attend, please still RSVP "no" and know we'll be thinking of you and celebrating together from afar!

Answer

Absolutely - we'd love to see the day from your POV! We just ask that you're mindful of our photographer during special moments and stay present with us to enjoy the celebration.

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!!

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is western formal. We encourage long dresses, dressy skirts, heels, boots, western suits or elegant suits, and cowgirl/cowboy hats. Please avoid flip flops, tennis shoes, t-shirts, bright/neon colors, casual hats, and white dresses. Suggested colors : Shades of browns, tans, dusty pinks, blush, mauve, light burnt orange, terracotta, maroon, wine, burgundy, sage green, olive green, eucalyptus, black, gray, and dark blue.
