When do I need to book my hotel room by?

Answer

If you are going to book a room/suite at the Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting hotel and want to use the discount code, please book your room by 07/17/2024 at 6:00 PM (using discount code G-BOJA). After this date, the pricing for the rooms will go up and could double in price. 1 - Bedroom King Suite will be $149.00 2 - Bedroom/2-Bathrooms king / king suite will be $169.00

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

The hotel block we have reserved at Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting is a 3 minute drive/11 minute walk to the venue. If you will be driving/renting a car, there is parking at the venue and the hotel. There will be a shuttle that accommodates 11 people that will provide two round trips between the venue and the hotel. Times of the shuttle runs are TBD.

Is there breakfast at the hotel?

If you book a room at the Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting, a full American Buffet breakfast is included each morning from 7AM-10AM – including scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon or sausage, pancakes or French Toast, oatmeal, granola bar, whole fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, breakfast breads, pastries, juices, milk, coffee, and tea.
