When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience, and no later than October 1, 2026. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late responses due to venue and catering requirements. If we do not receive your RSVP in time, we will miss celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to our ceremony by 3:45 p.m. to ensure you have time to park and find your seat. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m. to ensure we have enough day light hours for our ceremony and cocktail hour.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us. Please dress comfortably while avoiding jeans and shorts. Suit jackets and ties aren't necessary, but you're welcome to dress to impress! Our ceremony will take place in a grassy/turfed area, keep this in mind if you choose to wear heels.

Can I bring a guest?

While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP. If a plus-one is included, it will be noted on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We know your kids are an important part of your family and we love them too! However, we have chosen to have a kid free ceremony and reception.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift on our special day! If you wish to give a gift, we invite you to explore our registry or honeymoon fund here on our site. A card basket and gift table will also be available on our wedding day.

Are there recommended hotels?

Answer

We have four hotel recommendations under Hotels here on our site. Two options are close to the venue in Weatherford, TX and two options are in downtown Fort Worth.

I'm traveling in, what airport should I fly into?

Answer

Our venue is about 1 hour from both DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport.
