We met in middle school during a study hall period we shared together. We sat near each other all year and became good friends. We spent most periods having competitions on online games and chatting. A couple years later we were apart of the same friend group and spent a lot of time together with the group. After being in the group together for awhile we grew feelings for each other and now here we are.

Right before Valentine’s Day!

On June 25th Mario proposed at the Japan House in Urbana. We had a day planned to go for a walk and visit some stores since we were both off. Mario dropped hints, telling me to wear a dress and get my nails done (neither of which I did). As we were crossing the bridge over the pond, Mario turned around to me, gave his speech, and asked me to marry him!
