What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?
Answer
Because the Ceremony begins promptly @ 5:30pm, we ask you aim to arrive by 5:00pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is Formal Attire. Ladies can wear Floor-Length, Tea-Length, or Midi-Formal dresses. Gentleman Can wear a suite and tie. No Jeans Please !!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a “Plus One”, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding !

Are kids Invited?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an Adults-Only Event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Are the Ceremony & Reception in the same place?
Answer
Yes ! Both will take place @ The Empress Banquets in Addison, IL.

If I am coming out of town, where should I stay?
Answer
See the “TRAVEL” tab, at the top of the page for hotel booking. Limited Shuttle Service will be provided.

What If I Don’t RSVP on time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by December 21st, you will be marked “Not Attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors, and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up on our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).

What should I do if I cannot make the celebration?

You will definitely be missed ! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “WILL NOT ATTEND” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “ATTENDING” , but find that you will not make it - please notify Kelli 808-469-0077 As soon as you are aware.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We have an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

What Color are the Bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
All of the beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a satin sky-blue.

Are we having a DJ or Band?
Answer
Our night will be filled with dancing, laughing, and great memories from the help of our great friend Scott Kraft. We expect to see you out on the dance floor enjoying the music and festivities.

Will there be an Open Bar?
Answer
Yes ! We will have a bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long, with the exception of an hour block during dinner services.
