Navil might have been the first to see Mario and me flirting over some chemistry homework during the Interphase EDGE program. Maybe she knew then that we were meant for each other but maybe she didn't know she would be the maid of honor! This girl is the reason I got through MIT and she's my mentor for life. Navil is a native of Colorado and she's a genius computer software person at Google.
Flor Garza

I do not think I have ever seen Flor without headphones. Flor listens to every genre there is from country to R&B. They are a genius material science engineer with a knack for organic chemistry. In addition to many talents, Flor knows the names of every species of bird in the Boston area. They are a native of the San Fransisco area and just a joy to be around.
Yasmin Chavez

Yasmin is a huge fan of Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, and the Kardashians. Yasmin is a native of Arkansas and a mechanical engineer who works on medical devices in Miami, Florida. She's definitely available to perrear on a Saturday night. Yasmin was a fantastic roommate and friend to Mario and Isa (we wish she never left us).

Crystal and I met back in the day in a summer program at MIT and then got randomly assigned as roommates in the Interphase EDGE program. Crystal loves anime and is an extremely talented artist. She got a master's in London and is now working on a PhD in mechanical engineering at Stanford. We are both old souls trying to live amongst people our own age.

Talia is my preschool best friend! Needless to say, she is my day 1. This girl has a heart of gold and has chosen one of the most difficult paths of being a social worker. She is one of the most fashionable people I have ever met and she always manages an effortless class.

Abigail is a bridesmaid and sister of the groom. She is definitely the older sister who made this wedding come together. Abi is the life of the party and she is never afraid to speak her mind. I always wanted a sister and I was blessed with my cuñada. It's so meant to be that we even wear the same size in shoes.
