Where will the ceremony and reception be and when?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be at: Bloomingdale Golf Club (181 N Glen Ellyn Rd - Bloomingdale, IL) on July 16th, 2023.

When should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
We recommend guests to arrive at 4:00-4:15pm so you have proper time to park, mingle and find a seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

What do I do if I'm late for the ceremony?
Answer
If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will be still able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
If we have good weather, the wedding ceremony will be outside on the grass. Cocktail hour and reception will be inside with access to the veranda.

What should I wear?
Answer
We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favourite people. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! Also note that the ceremony will take place on grass, so choose your footwear accordingly!

How does the seating work?
Answer
The ceremony will have open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests sit with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at the venue.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, we love your little ones and they are more than welcomed! Don't forget to let us know if they are coming when you RSVP. This way we can properly arrange the tables with high chairs if needed.

Will food and drinks be served at the wedding?
Answer
Yes! The wedding will be open bar. There will be hors d'oeuvres butler and charcuterie boards at cocktail hour following the ceremony. The reception will be a sit down dinner. Be sure to note on your RSVP your meal selection and any dietary restrictions!

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?
Answer
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The venue allow guests to leave their vehicles at their parking lot overnight and pick them up in the morning by 12:00pm (noon). We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest in blessing us with a gift, as we are lucky enough to already have nearly everything we need for this new chapter together, a wishing well will be present at our reception.

Wedding reception ends at 11pm!
