Children under the age of 10 are not invited to the wedding. If you choose to bring your child, on-site childcare will be available at the venue for an additional cost paid by the guest.
The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. Cocktails and the reception start at 5:30 PM, and dinner will be served at 7:00 PM.
Yes! Transportation to and from the wedding venue on the wedding day is arranged for guests. Pickup will be outside the Courtyard Mérida Downtown hotel please be there on time so we can depart together. The hacienda is about a 50-minute drive from the hotel.
We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free). Please share any restrictions when you RSVP.
Uber and other ride-share services can drop you off at the Mérida airport but are not permitted to pick up passengers inside the terminal. Upon arrival, the easiest option is to use the authorized airport taxis available just outside the terminal. If you prefer, you can also hire a private transportation service in advance for a more personalized pickup.
Please fly into Mérida International Airport (MID), which is the closest airport to the hotel and wedding venue.
