Karina
Maid of Honor
Karina is the youngest of her 4 siblings, Mario being her older brother. She and I grew up sister-less, but are slowly altering our relationship from friends to sisters. She is truly a beautiful person inside and out. She recently graduated from Texas State University (SHOUTOUT for letting Mario propose at YOUR graduation party) and she is continuing her education at the University of Texas in Austin where she will graduate with a degree in Audiology. She spends her summers volunteering in impoverished countries and as a camp counselor for children with special medical needs. She is a blessing, and I am excited to create more memories together!
Katlin
Maid of Honor
Katlin and I met at Day 1 orientation at Penn Highlands in DuBois. My first nursing job, and Katlin's second, but she was still a fresh nurse! She helped me navigate through the new world of nursing. Through the good and bad, we found ourselves laughing until we cried at the end of every shift. Even after Katlin got a new job in the OB unit and Mario and I moved to Washington, we never lose touch. She's one of my biggest shoulders to lean on and we always have a fun time when Nick and Mario get involved. We are excited to celebrate our May and June 2019 weddings!
Cassie
Bridesmaid
Cassie and I met freshman year of college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in the college's chemistry fraternity. We spent a majority of our free time hanging out with each other, going on trips to amusement parks, and with other friends at events. Although we are now graduated and Cassie is pursuing her career in the science industry, we have always found ways to stay in touch. Cassie lived in California during the first year Mario and I lived in Washington, so Thanksgiving of that year, she made the drive up the coast and spent the holiday with us. We talk every week, sometimes more frequently to make sure the other is still making good life choices and enjoying it. She has been an incredible friend to me since we met and our wedding would not be the same without her in it!
Sara

Sara and I met after one of my first visits to Texas. Mario was home visiting his family and had to stop to visit his friend Matt's new baby. Sara and Matt are wonderful parents to now two beautiful girls! Sara works as an elementary teacher for special needs children and has the most beautiful, radiant personality. She and I have spent some time together when Mario visits Matt and have made a special friendship because of the men in our lives. We can't imagine the day without you and Matt with us!
Amanda
Bridesmaid
Amanda and I have become close over the course of the last 3 years. She lives in San Antonio where she works as an elementary school teacher. She is Adrian's (groomsman) wife and her two beautiful children are our flower girl (Autumn Sofia) and our ring bearer (Austin). Although she lives in Texas, we are regularly chatting and stay close. Every time we visit Texas, we make sure we visit with her and her family and always have a great time. We are so blessed she is able to stand with us on our wedding day.
Tiffany
Bridesmaid
Tiffany and I met while I was orienting for my home health job in Washington. I was assigned to spend the day and visit patients with Tiffany, an occupational therapist. Together we drove in her car, visited with patients and made continuous conversation, finding out Tiffany is a graduate from West Virginia University and she grew up there (small world, right?) We began hanging out soon after, taking camping trips, some hiking and white water rafting in Leavenworth, WA! Tiffany and her fiancee Colby spend their free time hiking the mountains of Washington where they have done some pretty extreme things! They have also helped us out by watching our dogs Brutus and Jet and taking them on some hikes, too! She has been a great friend and we can't wait for more adventures together!

Years known: Literally all of his life. Mario's favorite movie: More than likely How Stella Got Her Groove Back or Clueless On a desert island Mario would bring: a water purifier, a knife, and his dogs. When arguing with Mario, he will: say "stfu" and laugh at least once. If Mario and I were TV characters we would be: Ted and Marshall Growing up with Mario, he used to: Rollerblade, skateboard, and play Super Smash Brothers and knock Rene out first.

Autumn is Mario and Emily's goddaughter, and the daughter of Adrian and Amanda. She will be 3 years old come wedding time and we are excited to see her walk down the aisle with us!
