Formal attire requested. For women, floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses are encouraged. For men, suits with dress shirts and neckties or bow ties are requested. Our ceremony will take place outdoors on a lawn, so please keep the grass in mind when choosing your shoes.
Please join us for an unplugged ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing all the special moments, so we kindly ask that you put away your phones and be fully present with us. Please arrive by 5:45 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM when we start walking down the aisle. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Formal Attire. Cocktail Hour will be held indoors; however, if you wish to take photos outside, please note there will be some grassy areas. We recommend choosing footwear accordingly.
Cocktail Hour will take place indoors on the first floor from 6:30–7:30 PM. Enjoy our open bar, appetizers, and time to mingle with family and friends. Please note that shots will not be served during Cocktail Hour. During this time, we invite you to enjoy taking photos both inside and outside the venue and to sign our guest book. Please also note that the upstairs ballroom on the second floor, where the reception will be held, will not be open during Cocktail Hour. We kindly ask that guests remain downstairs until the reception begins.
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Formal Attire. Dinner and reception will be held indoors on the second floor; however, guests will also have access to the outdoor balcony area throughout the evening.
Dinner and reception will be held upstairs on the second floor in the ballroom beginning at 7:30 PM. Prior to dinner service, we will celebrate with our Grand Entrance and First Dance. Dinner will be buffet-style and will include salads, sides, fish, chicken, and meat options. During this time, the open bar will be located inside the upstairs ballroom. Please note that the downstairs bar from Cocktail Hour will be closed. Throughout the evening, we invite you to enjoy the photo booth, sign our guest book, and enjoy the food and drinks as we celebrate together.
8:30 pm - 11:45 pm
Formal Attire. Reception festivities will be held indoors on the second floor; however, guests will also have access to the outdoor balcony area throughout the evening.
During the reception, we will continue the celebration with toasts, formal dances, the money dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, and plenty of time for dancing and partying with family and friends. The open bar will continue to be available throughout the evening, and we will also be offering a late-night snack later in the night. Please continue to enjoy the photo booth as we celebrate together. We can’t wait to share this special evening with you!
