There is not enough time or space for me to write everything that I love, admire, and cherish about my best friend Lisa. We were camp counselors together all the way back in the Summer of 2007 and have been best friends ever since. We have been through a lot together, and every joy, struggle, distance, closeness, and memory has strengthened our bond of friendship. She treats me with such love and openness that her husband and daughters view me like a member of the family as well. I absolutely love spending time with them. Her daughters even started calling me their bestie after hearing Lisa say it to me so much! When we are together we especially love to sing, laugh, talk, play games, put together puzzles, take walks, help each other with projects, dance, motivate one another, and have fun. Lisa is a loving and Godly friend, wife, mother, daughter, sister, veteran, and follower of Christ. I am grateful to have her as a confidant, role model, prayer partner and soul sister. I remember the first summer I met her she said that she wanted to be the hands and feet of God to the campers. Since then, I have seen her live her life doing just that with everyone she meets. She takes time to listen to people and make them feel love, seen, heard, and appreciated. Lisa loves deeply, feels strongly, fights fiercely, and makes mountains move for those she loves.
