Question

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

An unplugged ceremony means no cell phones, cameras, or electronic devices out until the end of the ceremony. Due to the religious nature of our ceremony, we would love for everyone to be in the moment with us to pray, meditate, or reflect on our ceremony. There will be plenty of time to take many pictures with us at our reception and we can’t wait to see them! Thank you for understanding.

Question

How do I know what to do during the mass?

Answer

We will have a program to explain how everything will go during the mass. Everyone is invited to our ceremony, and we welcome you to join in the celebration of mass; Catholic or not. If you are not Catholic we kindly ask you do not receive the Eucharist but you may come up to the priest to receive a blessing. Just cross your arms around your chest so the priest knows to give you a blessing in lieu of the Eucharist.

Question

How far is the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

St. Monica’s is about 19 minutes away from Gambitta’s Party Center.

For all the days along the way
