Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is formal. Floor/tea-length dresses and suits would be prefered. Cowboy-formal is also appropriate. Please no khakis, denim, sneakers, or flip-flops! We want everyone to look and feel their best, so let us know if you have any questions about what is or is not suitable! Please keep in mind this is a November wedding in the mountains and will be COLD! There will be a location where coats can be hung up, and fire pits/space heaters outdoors. (Bridesmaids will be in a dark burgundy/maroon).

As much as we'd love to party with everyone, we can only accommodate the names specified on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30pm, so please arrive by 3pm! Due to limited parking, there will be one, 27-passenger shuttle that will pick-up at Estes Park Resort at 2:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is limited parking at the wedding venue. Welcome Party For the Welcome Party at The Nest, we’ll have two 24-passenger trolleys running between Black Canyon Inn (Main Office) and Estes Park Resort from 7:00–8:00 PM to take guests to The Nest. Return trolleys will run from 9:30–10:30 PM, bringing everyone back to Black Canyon Inn and Estes Park Resort. Wedding Day Shuttle Our wedding day shuttle will be provided by NOCO Party Bus (you’ll see their logo on the side). Pickup: Estes Park Resort at 2:30 PM Drop-off: Black Canyon Inn by 3:00 PM Early Return Shuttle: Departs Black Canyon Inn at 8:30 PM to Estes Park Resort Final Shuttle: Departs Black Canyon Inn at 10:00 PM Please plan to be at pickup locations a few minutes early to help everything run smoothly.
