Once upon a time, Harrison was standing outside of Jack's on Brady Street in Milwaukee, WI. Lauren walked out of the bar and saw HIM standing there. She was feeling outgoing and cute, so she walked up to chat. They bonded over skateboarding and snowboarding. Harrison mentioned his "bad hairline" to get that out of the way. The conversation went well, until Lauren got distracted and walked away, leaving poor Harrison to ponder over what could have been if he had gotten her name or phone number. Was it because of his bad hairline? He will never know... A few weeks later, Lauren decided to check out her Hinge app to see who she had connected with. She found that someone had commented on her snowboarding picture. She browsed through his profile, enjoying his snowboarding videos and dry sense of humor, he wasn't too bad on the eyes either. She thought she'd give him a chance and reply. They instantly connected over snowboarding and skateboarding. This guy also mentioned his "bad hairline." Lauren wondered how many Burton obsessed, bad hairline dudes there were in Milwaukee... She wasn't positive, but she messaged Harrison asking if he had met a girl on Brady Street a few weeks ago, in a blue tie-dye with purple hair. Sure enough, it had been Harrison outside of the bar that evening! It was meant to be, and the fact that Harrison was about to get a Golden Retriever puppy only helped his case for a first date. Their first date was at Four Seasons Skatepark, so Harrison could show off his skating skills and so Lauren could shred a bowl for the first time. The spark was instant, and the rest is history.
