Here is the link to book a transportation shuttle to and from the airport. This shuttle is specific to the Hard Rock Resorts. If you have not booked transportation through the hotel and would like to add it on, you can use the link above. If you have booked transportation already and had a question or wanted to change your booking, email onlinereservations@rcdhotels.com. When leaving the airport in Mexico, you will walk through a million people trying to get you to buy their services or transportation. Walk outside and walk around the transportation area until you see an individual who is wearing a Hard Rock shirt and check in with him for your transportation.
