We would watch silly Disney movies and sing the songs - I could be myself with him without any judgment. Zach has always been so supportive - through thick and thin I know he is there for me. I see the way Zach acts around his family, how he helps and supports them - I love that about him! Zach is an amazing, loving person and I look forward to our future together!

Three ways to describe Zach: Funny, loyal, and full of knowledge! I knew Marina was the one when... We first met I felt like I could be myself around her and after we moved in together I knew I didn't want to be with anyone else. She accepts me for who I am regardless of my faults and makes me want to be a better person. We share a lot of interests, she makes me laugh and Marina has all the qualities I want in a spouse. I can't wait to see all the amazing things in our future together!

Zach's friend... "Sieb" has been my best friend since before kindergarten. We have experienced so much together: school, relationships, breakups; I even turned him into a gamer, although he's still trying to pass on his love of sports to me. We are basically opposites: he's an extrovert & I'm an introvert, but we've always had each other's backs. Even when we haven't lived 1 mile from each other, I knew I could count on him to make sure I was ok. Through all the good times and the bad, he's the brother I never had.

Zach's friend... I first met Brandon at Sieb's house on my 14th birthday. At first our friendship was about gaming but over the years we shared things like a love of Star Wars, Marvel, & golf. Through college & his move across the country, gaming kept us in contact & since Brandon has become one of my closest friends. I'll never forget Sieb & I driving over 11 hours to NC to surprise him in person, then doing so again a few years later to OH. Our gaming days are mostly behind us, but I know Brandon is someone I can always count on.
Hayden Schumer

Zach's friend... Hayden and I have been best friends since daycare. We bonded over our love of movies, from classics like Ghostbusters and Shrek, to bad movies we loved as kids like Master of Disguise. We even spent three months watching all the James Bond movies. But it was our love of Minecraft that led to countless late-night or all-day sessions where we laughed at stupid things like jumping off tall mountains & talked about the more serious stuff in life. He's my buddy and I can always count on him.

Zach's friend... Jon and I first met as infants at home daycare but we became best friends in middle school. Through our love of video games like Call of Duty & Uncharted, we formed a bond that led to us sharing games, playing at each other's houses, & FaceTiming each other as we played. We also shared cross country & music. We both love the Beach Boys & Pink Floyd & have been to several concerts together. No matter how far apart we live, we stay in touch, still game to this day and I'm super thankful he's my friend.

Marina's sister... Daria and I call each other, "hun bun", because Winnie the Pooh was one of our favorite stories growing up! When we were younger, Daria was also known as the fashion police because whenever we asked for advice on clothes, shoes or makeup we always joked that our outfits had to be Daria-approved. But seriously, Daria is not just my sister but also my best friend who I know I can always count on.

Marina's sister... Nina and I call each other “mate”. The Cambridge Dictionary refers to "mate" as two people who share a space or activity. Not only did we share space coming into the world together but we also play Pickleball and video games together. We have a very close relationship and I can talk to her about anything from scary movies to life decisions.

Marina's sister... Gabby is the world’s best big sister. I have always looked up to her and tried to be like her. Growing up if she started to read fiction or fantasy books I followed her into it. If I've ever been stuck figuring what I wanted to do in life Gabby has always done her best to give me advice.

Zach's sister... Marina says: Belle and I have a unique relationship. She makes me LAUGH so much! She is the type of person who is always willing to try new things with me and wherever we go together there is always laughter! I look forward to more adventures together! Zach says: Belle is the best little sister a brother could have! We have always bonded over our shared love of old Disney Channel shows & musical artists like Taylor Swift. She is the type of person who always has something new or crazy going on every time I see her. We might get on each other’s nerves, but what big brother and little sister don’t? Regardless, I can always count on Belle for a laugh & to have my back!

Marina's friend... Ellie & I were roommates in college our senior year. We had so much fun getting involved in campus activities like kayaking & horseback riding. We even volunteered with the APL. Ellie really encourages me to be more outgoing & I love that about her! We've developed such a great friendship over the years & I'm thankful we still live so close. Our hangouts are really special & I look forward to future adventures together!

Marina's friend... I met Kaylee through Zach's friend, Hayden. We would have movie nights & I knew right away she would be a good friend. Kaylee is a great listener, who brings out my creative side (like painting & learning to sew a blanket by hand), loves going on little adventures, shares my musical interests, & lets me use her 4 cats as therapy after a bad day at work. Kaylee accepts my "weirdness" & I appreciate her friendship so much! I was truly honored to be apart of her wedding day & am thankful she can be apart of mine.
