Mari and the bride grew up across the street from each other, they've shared numerous life milestones and are friends who have become family. When Mari's family first moved to the neighborhood, at five years old, she courageously came to Marina's doorstep, knocked on the door and asked if she wanted to play, 35 years later, their friendship keeps going.
Angelica
Bridesmaid
Angelica is also childhood best friends with the bride, having grown up on the same street. Despite being younger, Angelica has often been the voice of reason and great source of support for Marina. Angelica and Marina have traveled, laughed, cried and grown closer with time. Their most memorable memory together is when they traveled to Cancun and Marina almost fainted due to the humidity, yet Angelica managed to keep Marina calm by offering her a pulparin (Angelica's favorite mexican candy)
Denise
Bridesmaid
Denise is the bride's sister-in-law, they first met in 2016 and became family in 2022 when Denise married Marina's brother, Dago. Denise gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Dylan in the Fall of 2024. Despite not yet walking, Dylan will serve as ring beaer for the wedding.
Lissett
Bridesmaid
Lissett and Marina met in college, but their friendship grew closer after. Together they have traveled to Costa Rica and maintained thier friendship during Lissett's move to NYC. They have had countless girls nights and have been by each other's side throughout adulthood.
Freddy
Best Man
Jorge and Freddy have been friends since Kindergarten. From playing marbles to graduating from college they have always been there for each other. They grew up on the same block and attended the same schools up to Junior College. They have seen each other grow up and become the men they are today.
Jack
Groomsman
Jorge and Jack have been friends since Middle School. Jack's house was the hang out spot growing up, where there were many competitive Hockey and Soul Caliber video game showdowns. Jack is not afraid to try something at least once, and that has led to many great adventures including the beginning one of Jorge's passions of the outdoors.
Julio
Groomsman
Julio and Jorge are cousins who have also grown up together. They are like brothers and experienced many highs and lows together. Their bond has always been strong, and they both share a love for cooking and hosting. Whenever they can they get together for a top-notch BBQ.
Rick
Groomsman
Rick and Jorge are golf buddies "Ham and Egg" on the golf course. Through their love for golf they have become lifelong friends. RIck, is loud and unapologetic, while Jorge is a bit more reserved making great golf partners in tournaments. They have traveled together through golf and have formed a friendship that continues to this day.
