The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15 PM. We kindly recommend arriving at the venue by 3:30 PM to allow ample time for parking and seating. Your timeliness is greatly appreciated and will help ensure a smooth, uninterrupted ceremony that is truly meaningful to us.

The ceremony will be taking place outside, on the Rooftop Terrance, and the reception will be held in an indoor ballroom.

This is a difficult question! Whatever the weather God’s bless us with! Fort Collins is known for its "always sunny" weather proving blue skies and high temperatures can be expected. We are praying it doesn't rain but there is a backup indoor venue ready in case of rain.

Denver International Airport (DIA). The drive is 45 minutes - 1 hour North to Fort Collins, CO.

Yes! It’s all in the same venue. Please note no overnight parking is allowed.

Yes, alcohol will be served for anyone over the age of 21. The Bar Staff may require ID so keep that in mind!

The only children we will have are those in the family or wedding party. We’d like you to join in the celebration and enjoy a night off, so we’re requesting that the kiddos be left at home.

Public parking is available on the corner of Mulberry & Meldrum, surrounding the Lincoln Center. It is open and free street parking, as well as an additional parking lot designated for patrons of the Center.

We are having a buffet so there should be many options to accommodate food allergies and restrictions.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP. We will only be able to accommodate a certain number of people and those listed on your wedding invitation.

The dresscode is semi- formal but please wear whatever you are comfortable in. Don't forget comfortable dancing shoes! Can't wait to see you there.

Light bites will be served after the ceremony, and during cocktail hour and the seated dinner will be around 6PM.

We kindly ask that you please tuck away your phones just during the ceremony and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We hope everyone can be fully present as we exchange our vows and share the deeply intimate and meaningful moment together. Our professional photographer will be capturing every detail, so you can relax, be in the moment, and soak in the love and joy around you—distraction-free. Once the ceremony concludes phones are encouraged to come out and take as many pictures and videos as you’d like! Your support and your presence is everything we dream of and more.
