Flight
Cairo International is the largest airport in the country and offers the most incoming and outgoing flights. Cairo is about a 3 hour drive to Alex with private hire car. Alternatively, you may take a Talgo train from Ramses Station to Alex - Sidi Gaber. There are also many bus options such as Go Bus and Superjet (to Alex - Moharam Bek). If you need help confirming any of these options, please reach out!
Flight
Alexandria International Airport (formerly Borg El Arab Airport) is within Alexandria and about a 55 minute drive to Helnan Palace. This is the more convenient route into Alexandria but flight options may be more limited. The easiest way to get from the airport to where you are staying in Alex is by Uber or private hire car.
Rental Car
We often utilize private hire cars for transportation when in Egypt and are happy to recommend service with drivers we've ridden with ourselves. They operate both within Alex and between Cairo and Alex. For more information, please reach out. We're more than happy to help.
Shuttle
